SAP Business One Implementation Consultant

We are looking to recruit an experienced SAP Business One Consultant to join our growing team.

Working alongside our Business Development Manager and Pre-sales team, you will be responsible for technical expertise across a wide range of SAP Business One projects – especially in the areas of solution design and architecture.

The ideal candidate will have accounting and / or business management software experience and ideally an in depth knowledge of SAP Business One. However, experience in any of the following will also be considered a benefit; Exchequer, Sage, Opera, Navision, and/or Great Plains. If required, product training will be provided.

Key Requirements for SAP Business One Implementation Consultant Vacancy

  • Extensive technical experience
  • Strong SAP solution design & implementation background
  • 18 months experience in implementation, training and support of accounting and / or business management software
  • Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills
  • Ability and enthusiasm to cross train to a new product
  • Aptitude to work on your own or as part of a team
  • Experience of Crystal Reports and SQL queries
  • Project management skills
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment would be an advantage

Note that some UK travel is to be expected. The ideal candidate will live locally to South Manchester / Cheshire.

As this is very much a customer facing role, in addition to business management knowledge, personal presentation and personality are key.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and spoken English and be able to demonstrate to customers that they fully understand their requirements. In addition, candidates must be comfortable working with end users - from general office staff through to senior management, be confident in their approach, able to think on their feet, and have a real ‘can do’ attitude.
